By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read through my terms of service in full and adhere to its terms.

✦ Commission Policy

● You are purchasing my time and labor as an artist only.
● Your payment is for a digital image, no physical item will be received by/shipped to the buyer unless otherwise stated.● I will still retain copyrights over all of my work unless otherwise stated.
● Only the commissioner may reupload my work with credit, and with my watermark attached.● Sketches and progress pieces will always be provided.● If there are any mistakes, edits or fixes to be made please let me know so I can adjust it accordingly.
● Please inform me if you'd like any changes before I start the lineart.
● I will make small changes on a finished piece if I still have the file without extra charge, but I will not start over.● I will not be taking payments until the buyer is off of my waitlist, or the sketch has been completed and sent.
● I will not spend the payment I've received until the artwork is finished and sent to you.
● Once a commission is finished I will not be taking refunds.● I often have a fluctuating turnaround time.
● I will always inform the buyer if I have a packed queue, or if something interferes with progress being made.● Commissions are not first come first serve.
● I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel it's inappropriate, or uncomfortable for me personally.

✦ Won'ts / Don'ts

● I will not replicate another artist's artstyle unless I am part of a project with those artists.● I will not draw anything that may be offensive, bigoted, or insensitive.
● I will not make NSFW, suggestive, or fetish artwork.● You may change custom designs however you'd like so long as you don't edit over my art.
● You may not resell a design for a higher price than it was originally, unless more art has added to its value.● You may not claim my work to be your own, edit, set it up for redistribution, sell it as NFTs, or train AI with it.
● Do not change my original work and/or remove my watermark. Please do not ask for my watermark to be removed.

✦ MLP

● Pretty self explanatory, it's a style made to look like/mimic the look of MLP:FiM.● There is no extra charge/discount with this style.
● You can specify if you want it to be entirely show-accurate or not.
● Only minimal and base shading can be applied to these.
● You can commission reference sheets in this style as well.

✦ Lineless

● Just my regular style, but lineless. Though you can ask for other styles of mine to be lineless.● About a 5%-10% extra charge to base prices.
● Only minimal shading can be applied to these.

✦ Experimental

● Prices vary but this essentially gives me creative freedom over your commission, and what I'm making of your character.

● Choose between: Full body and one design / Fullbody and one bust.

● Complex clothing designs will be an extra charge.

● Simple accessories and clothing can be added with no extra charge.
● Complex clothing designs will be an extra charge.

✦ Customs

● An original, custom character design that I make for you.● You can choose from the simple, or complex ref sheet as your base price. Add %10 onto that and you'll have your total starter price!
● You will need to give me a description of your character and what layout you'd like for the ref. You can add onto it as much as you want.
● I can also do redesigns of existing OCs.
